How to use:
1. Before first-time use, fully charge the device.
2. Press and hold the Power / Mode Button to turn on the device.
3. Press the Power / Mode Button to select your desired mode.
4. For jawline massage, glide the upper part of the heart-shaped device gently along the jawline.
5. For cheekbones and smile lines, use the LED side to massage broadly across the cheeks and nasolabial folds.
6. For neck and trapezius massage, relax stiff muscles like scalp acupressure, neck, shoulder pressure point, lymphatic massage, foot, and leg with the warming massage.
7. Press and hold the Power / Level Button for more than 2 seconds to turn off the device during operation.
8. After use, remove any residue of cosmetic products with a clean cloth and store in a dry place.
- Keep the device away from any magnetic object such as a credit card, TV, or monitor.
- Do not use if you are a patient with wearable electronic devices, electrical life-support equipment, or mounted electrical medical equipment.
Manufacturer’s Warranty Period and Details:
- This product (mommy care - Face Electric Care Massager) is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that expires 12 months from its shipment date.
- During the warranty period, customers will be entitled to free repair service if the defective item is caused by non-human factors and within the scope of the warranty.
- Repair costs for a defective item will be charged after the warranty period has expired.
Within Scope of Warranty: Limited to malfunctions occurred during normal use.
Out of Scope of Warranty: For malfunction or damage resulting from human factors listed below:
Any improper use and damage caused by accident or improper storage of the device (e.g., device dropped), any usage of the product not in accordance with the way as described in the user’s manual;
- Alteration of the appearance or replacement of the product parts or dismantlement of the device on your own, resulting in the device failing to function normally;
- Any usage of the product not in the way as described in the user’s manual;
- Repair by an unauthorized manufacturer or third party.
