How to Use Shampoo

Dampen your hair with lukewarm water.

Dispense 1–2 pumps of shampoo onto your scalp.

Gently massage in small circular motions with your fingertips to remove dirt, oil, and sweat for around one minute.

Rinse thoroughly with water.

How to Use Conditioner

After shampooing, apply 1 pump of conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair, avoiding the scalp.

Run your fingers through your hair until it feels smooth and tangle-free.

Rinse thoroughly with water.
